We absolutely loved our stay at Frank Resort! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. the new buildings and quiet nights made for a peaceful atmosphere. the highlight was definitely the two beautiful pools set in a lush and stunning garden. Our garden bungalow with air conditioning was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like a minibar, fridge, safe. the bed was comfortable, the linen and towels were new, and the balcony provided a great spot to relax. the hotel's location was also convenient, with a view of the mountains and a short walk to a nearby Night Market with delicious street food and a fantastic massage salon at Baan Pulaoon Hotel.

We felt incredibly lucky to have found Frank Resort! No complaints at all.

I absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere of this resort. The lush green surroundings and well-manicured gardens created a serene and relaxing environment. The paths were wide and smooth, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking stick. The resort's accessibility for senior people was truly impressive.

The only thing I would ask for to make this vacation even better for senior people is more assistance from the staff. Sometimes the children working there seemed a bit busy and overwhelmed, and it would have been nice to have someone readily available to help with any special needs or inquiries.

Had a great New Year's stay. The pool and surrounding area were very clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and had a nice patio. The location was good with easy access to the beach and other attractions. We also appreciated the free shuttle service that ran several times a day.

We were disappointed that the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay. We also had trouble communicating with some of the staff who didn't speak English very well.

I chose Frank Ao Nang Krabi Resort because of its close proximity to Phra nang Cave Beach, which I really wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's featured amenities, particularly the dry cleaning service. It was convenient to have this option available during my stay.

The canal behind the resort had a strong odor.

The resort lacked a restaurant and bar, which was a disappointment since we had to go out of the property for meals and drinks.

We booked this hotel for a romantic escape. the room was really comfortable and clean with everything we needed. the bed was cozy to sleep in and the bathroom had a nice shower. We loved how there was a beautiful pool in the hotel that we could enjoy during our stay. the hotel also had a lovely garden view from our room which added to the romantic atmosphere.

The hotel was located quite far away from the main street where the restaurants and shops were. It took us a long walk or a pricey taxi ride to get there.
